Interns 4 Impact bridges the gap between college students and social entrepreneurs by collaborating with ten local higher education institutions. Impact Hub staff and volunteers promote internships, assist in crafting positions, and provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Social businesses participating in the Interns 4 Impact programme enjoy the dedicated support of Impact Hub Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) deeply committed to streamlining the internship process. Right from the start, our programme extends a helping hand by assisting in the creation of job descriptions, facilitating introductory meetings with interns, and promptly addressing any troubleshooting needs.
Moreover, the programme leverages its extensive network with prominent local schools to streamline the selection process, ensuring a seamless and effortless recruitment experience for all participants.
Our commitment extends beyond recruitment. The programme remains readily accessible to provide ongoing support to interns through its vibrant community, fostering opportunities for both personal and professional development.

Impact Hub assists in posting internship positions on Handshake – the leading platform for college students seeking jobs and internships, and promotes the listings.
Extra support
Participants receive dedicated support from an Impact Hub contact to navigate any challenges they may encounter.
Interns 4 Impact in action
Impact Hub MSP has connected 43% of interns to 22 social businesses in the metropolitan area of Minneapolis–Saint Paul in the Upper Midwestern of the United States.
10% of interns received job offers from the company where they interned.
