As Capacity Building Lead, Tom drives the development of transformative learning experiences and collaborative mechanisms for the Network, strengthening the capabilities of Impact Hubs, communities and organisations to achieve their impact. Tom also focuses on embedding strategies for environmental action and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion into the operations, culture, and business model of the network, ensuring they are integral and competently realised. Tom is based in London.
