Worldplaces: A guide for business support organisations
Enabling inclusive and empowering workplaces for migrant women through entrepreneurial support.
Abstract
This toolkit extracts content from Thinklusion specifically related to how BSOs can facilitate the inclusion of migrant women into the labour market by adapting the entrepreneurial support they provide through their programmes and services. Thus, this toolkit is about equipping BSOs with principles, tools, activities and methods that they can use with the entrepreneurs and ventures they support so that enterprises can make their workplaces more inclusive and empowering for migrant women.
In addition to providing some overall framing, this toolkit offers tips and actions clustered around five themes promoted on the Thinklusion website:
