June 2025, the Impact Hub Network launched its Issue-Based Ecosystem Building Methodology: a transformative framework designed to help communities, institutions, funders, and entrepreneurs collaborate effectively to address the world’s most pressing challenges.
As interconnected crises—from climate breakdown to healthcare inequities and economic instability—continue to escalate, this innovative framework offers a clear pathway for transforming siloed efforts into resilient, high-impact ecosystems that deliver lasting systemic change.
The launch coincides with Impact Hub’s Annual Global Gathering in Armenia (June 23-27), where Impact Makers from over 65 countries are convening to explore ecosystem building in practice and celebrate their network’s 20th anniversary. The event will also spotlight CirculUP!, a thriving Circular Economy initiative born in Armenia that demonstrates how cross-sector collaboration can drive national-level transformation.

- Innov’Keneya (Côte d’Ivoire): Partnering with Roche, Impact Hub Abidjan is convening over 50+ stakeholders to co-create digital tools that enhance cancer care delivery nationwide.
- Sustainable Food Ecosystem (Netherlands): A coalition of 250+ actors, supporting 150 impact-driven startups, driving 12 inclusive programs, and influencing key national food policy reforms.
