Fatmata began her journey with the Impact Hub network in June 2019. With a passion for designing solutions that combine human-centered design and a strong understanding of business goals, she leads projects focused on digitization and data infrastructure to facilitate better collaboration across the network. Additionally, she oversees technical support for various software tools used within the network, with a specialized focus on Google Workspace Admin, Monday.com, and Salesforce CRM. She also designs user experiences for products built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. Fatmata holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction at Arizona State University. She is based in Arizona, USA.
