Navigating impact measurement & management
A handbook designed to guide social enterprises and support organisations on their journey toward effective Impact Measurement & Management
About the handbook
Social X-Change is a network of Social Innovation Centers, founded by ESADE, ESSEC (France), Munich Business School (Germany), TED University (Turkey), the European Center for Social Finance, and the Impact Hub Network. Funded by the European Union, its mission is to generate both research outputs and practical resources that enrich knowledge and curricula for students, academics, and practitioners in the fields of social innovation and entrepreneurship.
The handbook is designed to address real-world challenges and support practitioners in navigating the growing expectations around impact data—whether from funders, partners, or broader ecosystems—while remaining grounded in their mission and day-to-day work.
