As Impact Hub Value Lead, Melanie is supporting the global Impact Hub network in making every Hub feel part of something larger than itself. Her work focuses on strengthening connections across the network, helping Hubs access resources, shared learnings, best practices, and support during challenging times, while creating pathways for collaboration across countries and communities.
Before stepping into this role, Melanie led Impact Hub Phnom Penh and served as Impact Hub Asia Pacific Co-Host and Regional Board Representative. Having spent over a decade within the Impact Hub ecosystem, she brings deep experience in designing entrepreneur support programs, building access-to-market initiatives, and strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets.
Melanie is particularly passionate about regenerative agriculture, circular economy, and the role entrepreneurship can play in empowering local communities. Growing up on a farm shaped much of her perspective on interconnected systems and sustainability. Originally from France, and having also studied in Peru, she has called Southeast Asia home for the past decade.
When she is not working, you will likely find her kayaking along the Mekong River or trail running through the hills of Vietnam.
