His interests encompass developing impactful communications, storytelling, and digital design, specifically aimed at building connections and advancing equity and social justice. Al’s journey at Impact Hub Network began when he joined as an intern for the Global Brand and Communications team. Today, he holds the position of Impact Communications and Social Media Coordinator. Currently, he is based in Malta.

With a deep passion for regenerative design, mission-driven entrepreneurship, and the power of technology and social innovation to improve collective well-being, Alberto brings a systems-thinking approach to every endeavour. His work is grounded in fostering collaboration across the public, private, and citizen sectors to unlock transformational change.
An expert in the design and management of impact projects, Alberto has lived and worked across Europe (UK), Asia, and Latin America, bringing a global perspective to local challenges.
Beyond the boardroom, he is a multifaceted entrepreneur. Together with his brother, they run a natural and circular winery. He is also a documentary filmmaker—currently working on a project focused on rural entrepreneurship—and an advocate for cycling mobility. As a thought leader, Alberto contributes economic opinion columns to publications such as ElDiario.es, El Salto, 5Días, and Expansión.
