Yuriy Gorodnichenko — Economist and professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Chair of the Academic Council of the Kyiv School of Economics. Visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He is a faculty research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is a research fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor.

Natalie Jaresko — Ukrainian public figure and businesswoman. Member of the Transatlantic Election Integrity Commission; Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aspen Institute Kyiv; Independent Senior Research Fellow, Atlantic Council; Member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems and patron of the Ukrainian Institute in London. Former Minister of Finance.

Vlad Rashkovan — Deputy Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund. From November 2014 to August 1, 2016, he served as Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, which was responsible for reforming and transforming the bank.
